Any shortened or un-shortened link to any website does not indicate ZapBuzz’s affiliation or endorsement with that website. We are not responsible for the content of the websites which our links redirect to.
ZapBuzz services are not guaranteed to be available and reliable at all times, and we reserve the right to make changes to our terms, policies, and services rendered without prior notice (although we will notify users of major policy and service changes). By creating any kind of ZapBuzz account or using any of ZapBuzz services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to the aforementioned terms as well as the terms below.
This site is intended for users who are 15 years of age or older. ZapBuzz offers users various non-transferable paid accounts which include additional services and functionalities to the URL-shortening service which free users can utilize. When you sign up for a paid account you agree to pay us all fees for the service plan you selected. Fees for paid accounts are non-refundable unless required by law. Accounts set-up with auto-pay permit us to charge the appropriate fees to the provided method of payment at the beginning of each period of service. You must provide complete and accurate billing and contact information during sign up for a paid account.
ZapBuzz paid account users have the right to terminate or switch their service plan subscription at any time. All ZapBuzz paid account fees are exclusive of taxes and all other governmental charges. All taxes resulting from the use of ZapBuzz services are the responsibility of the ZapBuzz user. We reserve the right to terminate service to any user at any time in the case of overdue unpaid fees, or if we feel our terms have been violated.
ZapBuzz users must not create usernames or custom brand domains which are offensive, vulgar, or obscene, and the use of a name subject to the rights of a person or entity besides the user’s own is prohibited without appropriate authorization. Redirection to unlawful material, pornography, or malware using ZapBuzz services is prohibited. By using ZapBuzz services, the user grants us permission to use their brand names, trademarks, and logos for online marketing and ZapBuzz promotional purposes and public identification of the user as a ZapBuzz customer.
ZapBuzz is not liable for any service or product accessed through or making use of any ZapBuzz services. Additionally, ZapBuzz users must not use ZapBuzz services in a way which implies partnership with, endorsement by, sponsorship from, association with, or affiliation with ZapBuzz. Users must not suggest that ZapBuzz is responsible for the views or content of any service rendered by the user. ZapBuzz services shall not be used in association with any illegal activities or prohibited content.
ZapBuzz is not liable for analytics provided to any type of user, free or paid account. Our analytics are not guaranteed to be reliable, trustworthy, or accurate. ZapBuzz users shall use ZapBuzz analytics at their own discretion. We are not liable for any financial loss or damages or other damages of any kind resulting from the use of our services or analytics.
